Additionally, the OEM resonator has been removed to sharpen induction sound for a more aggressive tone under boost. -- Built for durability, the aluminum piping is paired with Mishimoto's wire-reinforced, 5-layer DuraCore(TM) silicone couplers, capable of handling extreme heat and boost pressure. High-quality worm gear clamps ensure a secure fit and quick installation, while the cold-side pipe includes a pre-drilled 1/8-inch NPT sensor port for auxiliary sensors or gauges. -- The Mishimoto Performance Intercooler Pipe Kit is the perfect complement to the Mishimoto intercooler upgrade, delivering improved airflow, enhanced sound, and long-term reliability.
